a 2 night minimum stay is required on all apartment bookings
booking and cancellation / revision policy
cancellations upon arrival and/or revisions made 8 days or more prior to arrival at no charge otherwise a one night fee will be applied*
No shows subject to the same cancellation policy
children 10 and under are entitled to free stays
credit cards required for guaranteeing the booking
*monthly rentals require a $500 deposit to be secured
cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival for 50% of deposit reimbursement. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior will have 100% of deposit forfeited.
